Status: this is just an idea I need help with

My neighborhood is considering letting an RFP to have one trash/recycle pickup service for the entire neighborhood rather than the seven (7!) current trash services that are noisy and tear up our streets and alleys. We would love to have a site for citizens to vote on the idea, express their opinions, learn about what is happening currently with the project and more.
